MANAGER

You will serve as a MANAGER in the Weapons Engineering Branch (JXPN) or Asymmetric Effects Systems Branch (JXPY) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-14 Step 10 (currently $163,514).

**Qualifications:**
In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional ENGINEER or SCIENTIST providing technical oversight and guidance on the design, development, and testing of engineering or scientific weapon system projects ensuring adherence to resource requirements (e.g., schedule, milestones, and deliverables) for improved efficiency and effectiveness of assigned weapons programs.
