Job Description

You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Engineering and Advanced Materials Branch (GXNN), Fleet Sustainment and Advanced Manufacturing Division (GXN), Global Deterrence and Defense Department (GX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. OR You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Test and Evaluation Branch (GXNS), Fleet Sustainment and Advanced Manufacturing Division (GXN), Global Deterrence and Defense Department (GX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist providing technical direction and rigor in the design, implementation, and test and evaluation of acoustic sensor systems for sustainment and readiness of warfare programs for an organization.
