SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) (TITLE 32)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD2003P01 and is part of the TN ARMY National Guard. This vacancy is not eligible for membership to a labor organization.

**Qualifications:**
Military Grades: O-3 through O-4, or CW2 through CW4 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience in administrative positions that manage, supervise, administer, advise on, or deliver human resources management products or services. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months or 1-year equivalent to at least the next lower grade of GS-11 of specialized experience as a program manager, advisor and consultant with the ability to provide education or services in the areas of incentives, career management, and self-development in support of National Guard Soldiers; experience in managing the function of the work to be performed as applicable to the specific position and its position description such as, experience in performing personnel program requirements that involve advising supervisors and managers, skill in applying program directives, policies, and the ability to create and achieve training objectives; experience in developing processes and ensuring timeframes are met; experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
