Custodial Worker

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Foster Creek Villas in Goose Creek. Flexible employees have work schedules that depend on the needs of the activity. You may work a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Flexible employees may be subjected to "on call" work in addition to hours posted on the schedule.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have skill in the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Must be able to clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment. Must be able to perform the full range of cleaning duties. Must be able to follow oral and or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Must be physically able to occasionally lift and carry objects weighting 50 pounds or more. Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Must .satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with inquiries (NACI).
