We're looking for a passionate <strong>Mobile App Developer (React Native)</strong> to drive our product forward and help us scale.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>As an early-stage <strong>Mobile Software Developer</strong>, you will have significant control over our app's user experience and architecture. You'll guide the mobile technical infrastructure from the ground up, directing everything from state management and UI architecture to performance monitoring and API integration.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drive the core product past just the UI:</strong> You'll be fully responsible for the features you release. That entails engineering fluid user journeys, handling complex local state, and guaranteeing high-quality, native-like performance. You'll code, deploy, and iterate on everything you ship.</li>
<li><strong>Build intelligent, scalable architectures:</strong> You'll structure scalable mobile setups using modern patterns like MVVM or TCA, ensuring tight integration with our AI systems and Effect-based backend. You will solve difficult engineering problems centered around offline-first logic, real-time synchronization, and streaming AI responses.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain high technical standards:</strong> You'll spot and resolve performance bottlenecks—such as app startup time and slow render cycles—proactively. Alongside that, you will improve UX consistency, type safety, and overall maintainability across the codebase.</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>

<li><strong>Strong experience</strong> with TypeScript &#x26; React Native.</li>
<li><strong>End-to-End Ownership:</strong> You don’t throw things over the wall. You own your features until they are running successfully in production and used by real learners.</li>
<li><strong>Startup experience</strong>: You’re comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments</li>
<li><strong>Balanced AI approach:</strong> You knew how to code before Cursor and Claude Code, but understand how to leverage them effectively</li>
<li><strong>Product passion:</strong> High identification with our mission to transform education</li>
