Job Description

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management, Real Property Program Management Office, 1 vacancy in the following locations: Aliso Viejo, CA Euless, TX

**Qualifications:**
Experience GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Supervising and serving as the liaison for major acquisitions for strategic operational real property acquisition and divestiture actions; Coordinating the development and planning of real estate activities in support of ongoing day-to-day and contingency operations; Serving as a coordinator and representative for key management officials for major real property-related issues; Developing business cases as needed to brief stakeholders on actions to modify the portfolio or present options to effect organizational changes to the portfolio FAC-COR Certification: Incumbent will need to obtain at least a FAC-COR Level II certification in their first year and will become a FAC-COR Level III after two years of being FAC-COR Level II and completing the required training for certification. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You must meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process by 04/16/2026.
