**Qualifications:**
Experience GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Supervising and serving as the liaison for major acquisitions for strategic operational real property acquisition and divestiture actions; Coordinating the development and planning of real estate activities in support of ongoing day-to-day and contingency operations; Serving as a coordinator and representative for key management officials for major real property-related issues; Developing business cases as needed to brief stakeholders on actions to modify the portfolio or present options to effect organizational changes to the portfolio FAC-COR Certification: Incumbent will need to obtain at least a FAC-COR Level II certification in their first year and will become a FAC-COR Level III after two years of being FAC-COR Level II and completing the required training for certification.
