Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NM-03 or equivalent grade level or in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Estimating resources requirements of an aviation weapons systems acquisition (both existing and conceptual) to include programmatic changes that may impact resource requirements and lifecycle costs and effects; (2) Performing research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data for assigned aviation weapons systems acquisition program/project; 3) Conducting analyses to derive relationships among system parameters, schedule variations, and costs; 4) Recommending procedures for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resources requirements to higher authorities; 5) Using mathematical, economic analysis, operations research, and computer modeling, and other technical methods to perform work tasks and support agency objectives; 6) Coordinating and assigning work for technical or non-technical personnel based on assigned program initiatives and agency needs; (7) Supervising and performing official supervisory responsibilities for assigned subordinates; and (8) Functioning as a liaison with internal and external contacts to ensure assigned program needs are addressed and program goals are met.
