SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Command Operations Group, Command Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC).

**Qualifications:**
Qualifying experience for GS-09 I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1.)Aiding in the analysis and making recommendations on all aspects of a National Security Program such as Industrial or Personnel Security; 2.) Conducting security training for all personnel; 3.) Managing and validating requirements for all secure rooms and special access spaces, including processing requests for construction or modification; 4.) Monitoring security programs, conducting inspections, tracking violations, and recommending corrective actions. Qualifying experience for GS-07 I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1.)Aiding in the analysis and making recommendations on all aspects of a National Security Program such as Industrial or Personnel Security under close supervision; 2.) Assisting in conducting security training for all personnel; 3.) Managing and validating requirements for all secure rooms and special access spaces, including processing requests for construction or modification; 4.) Supporting the monitoring of security programs, aiding in conducting inspections, and tracking violations.
