MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Waterfront Business Operations Division (Code 1210), Business and Strategic Planning Office (Code 1200) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving as primary point of contact (POC) for guidance, information and action concerning problems, performance, relationships, corrective actions, etc., relating to non-nuclear submarine ship work availabilities; Experience evaluating performance trends, workload, manpower and overtime usage and adherence to schedules and budgets; Experience planning, developing, recommending and evaluating current and long-range NNSY programs that involve maintenance issues related to workload, workforce, funds and facilities; Experience developing actionable plans and provides input to shipyard management for financial management tools including Capability Plans (CP) and Execution Guidance; Experience providing input to support development of correspondence, such as Final Review Estimates (FREs) and re-baseline letters.
