Job Description
You will serve as a Public Affairs officer and Supervisor in the Corporate Communications Office (code 103) of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS 11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing and providing authoritative advice to strategically communicate policy decisions or organizational priorities to command leadership or personnel for the effective management of public and congressional affairs.
