**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-14: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes: Experience leading a business development function through subordinate staff, including planning, directing, and evaluating work, and monitoring results to achieve program goals. Experience developing and executing business development strategies, including managing client relationships, generating pipeline activity, and achieving transaction outcomes. Experience with international financial banking includes international risk mitigation techniques, international payment terms, international shipping terms, analyzing financial statements and/or the economics of small business transactions. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-14 grade level.
