SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of the Naval Inspector General (NAVINSGEN) in WASHINGTON DC.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing and managing employees that provide Corporate Operations support to an organization or activity. Evaluating administrative processes or programs for improvement and implementing changes. Develops short and long range total force plans considering talent recruitment and succession planning.
