Job Description
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee/Labor Relations) in the Labor and Employee Relations Division in the of PSNS and IMF.
**Qualifications:**
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Researching and interpreting laws, regulations, policies and precedents to provide advice, counsel and guidance to managers on employee and labor relations issues and to provide technical advice on collective bargaining agreements (CBA). For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting journey level Human Resources personnel with routine Employment and Labor Relations services and products.
