Supervisory Aviation Technical Systems Specialist

The Supervisory Aviation Technical System Specialist, herein referred to as the Program Operations Field Manager serves as the Program Management Organization (PMO) representative in the field. The incumbent is responsible for articulating, promoting, and communicating the PMO vision and goals providing second level support for En Route and Oceanic systems in the field.

**Qualifications:**
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J / FG/GS-14. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience leading technical teams and demonstrating application of technical knowledge of the NAS equipment and procedures, along with automation and associated software in troubleshooting and resolving system issues and procedures, implementing system changes, maintaining consistent operations and improving air traffic operations.
