**Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1) Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. 2) Experience as a full-service bartender. 3) Possess skills in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 4) Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES MEETING HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA WILL BE INITIALLY REFERRED. IF MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SELECT A HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE, THEY MAY REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL REFERRAL INCLUDING ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.HIGHLY QUALIFING CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION ARE: 1) Experience in bartending within the last 2 years 2) Experience in a resort, hotel, nightclub or restaurant setting 3) Knowledge of Micros POS Systems The Hale Koa Hotel will be having an in-person Job Fair on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants will submit their applications and resumes which will be immediately reviewed and, if qualified, given to management for an on-the-spot interview.Selected applicants will start the pre-employment process, to include fingerprinting, following the interview.
