**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience Statement: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service or private sector. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience defining project scope and objectives and deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership; developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste and improve process quality. Associated Group standard: Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Administrative and Management Positions Merit promotion applicants must meet the time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level.
