**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience: To be eligible at the GS-13, you must have at leas one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-12. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in providing program and analytical support in addressing complex law enforcement, community and victim witness outreach issues; providing assistance and consultation on Public Affairs issues such as requests from news media and other members of the public, the development of social media strategies, and planning of delivery of organization messages to public. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)-The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
