Supervisory Civilian Pay Specialist (NAF) NF-04

This position is located at Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Texarkana, Texas.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

**Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated progressive knowledge of the policies and procedures of Army NAF Payroll functions is required. At least one year leadership or supervisory experience is required. Ability to communicate in a professional manner both orally and in writing. Required experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade level. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered, "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Highly Preferred applicants will be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have work experience of at least one year with data analysis. ***Experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume to receive credit.***
