HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (COMPENSATION/LABOR RELATIONS)

You will serve as a Foreign Labor Country Manager for the Foreign Labor Program in the Department of Navy, Europe, Africa, and Central (EURAFCENT) Region, located in Capodichino, Italy

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Researching and interpreting Labor Relation and Compensation policy to advise leadership on organizational impact and negotiation proceedings.
