MAINTENANCE WORKER

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Roadrunner Inn, Kirtland AFB, NM. Position will be filled as Regular Part-Time employment category, with guaranteed 20 hours per week. May be eligible for benefits such as Medical/Dental, Group Life, 401(k), and AFNAF Retirement. Tour of duty will include weekends, holidays, and may rotate frequently.

Qualifying Experience: Must have experience or education/training in routine maintenance and servicing of facilities and equipment. Ability to use a variety of maintenance and hand tools and be able to follow non-technical instructions. Must be able to lift loads up to 50 pounds, to work in uncomfortable positions, climb on adders or platforms, and to work inside and outside in all kinds of weather.
