**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading or managing cross-functional teams and applying knowledge of materiel logistics, DoD transportation, and software-enabled solutions to ensure effective program delivery.
