HOUSING REFERRAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as a HOUSING REFERRAL SPECIALIST in the INSTALLATIONS & LOGISTICS DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing direct customer service and housing-related counseling to clients on occupancy matters; advising tenants/landlords on rights and obligations; using computer software to manage data, create reports, and tracking information; applying strong oral and written communication skills to effectively explain information or correspond with internal and external partners.
