Senior AI Developer

Experience working with LLMs and external AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.); ability to orchestrate calls, manage context, caching, and prompt logic.</li><li>Retrieval and data flow. Familiarity with RAG-like patterns, embeddings, and vector databases to support retrieval-based personalization.</li><li>Product mindset. Ability to translate product goals into robust AI features, balancing performance, reliability, and cost.</li><li>Strong backend engineering. Solid experience in Python (FastAPI) or similar backend stack; understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud deployment.</li><li>Prototyping and iteration. Comfort moving fast, experimenting, and iterating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Observability and stability.
