Job Description

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing all-hazards emergency management plans that provide processes and procedures throughout response and recovery from incidents; 2) Creating recommendations for development, adoptions, and implementation of an effective emergency management program;3)Conducting emergency management assessments to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions; and 4) Applying concepts, principles, and/or practices of emergency management and homeland security to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
