HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT) in the CAREER DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience teaching and public speaking; creating training objectives, content, and curricula; and experience with training and/or presentation development software; 2) Planning and administration of training and educational activities; 3) Developing and promoting strategic training programs and services to the workforce; 4) Researching, developing, and promoting training through position and workforce analysis; 5) Assisting management in determining workforce development requirements and in developing Individuals; and 6) Development Plans ensuring alignment with Command strategic initiatives to include analysis of critical skill needs and instruct on training systems.
