SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????1.) Communicating with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs. 2.) Understanding of Foreign Military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution. 3.) Working with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process..
