Job Description
The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.

Superior leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals. Knowledge of targeting tradecraft and product review. Superior knowledge of resource management principles and applications. Proven interpersonal skills, corporate approach, and aptitude at building consensus. Superior ability to remain open-minded and change judgments on the basis of new information and requirements, perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, and support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers. Expert ability to direct taskings, collaborate on goal setting, and support personal and professional development. Track record of building positive, collaborative relationships across organizational lines, including up, down, and across components and with external partners. Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives. Applicants must possess at least two years of supervisory experience over a minimum of eight intelligence analysts at a national agency. Desired Skills: Joint duty experience. Knowledge of the NCTC and the counterterrorism community. Knowledge of the counternarcotics community. Knowledge of the law enforcement community.
