SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Surface Warfare Schools Command of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating mastery of all aspects of the art and sciences of navigation, seamanship, and ship handling; 2) Utilizing bridge simulator/trainers, or similar ship handling simulators/trainers; 3) Evaluating effectiveness of existing programs, revising ongoing programs, and developing and implementing new training. 4) Developing, advising, and administering all aspects of navigation, seamanship, and ship handling, including assessing student competencies in accordance with applicable guidance.
