MATERIAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

You will serve as a MATERIAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN in the Nuclear Material Industrial Section of Nuclear Material Support Branch, Nuclear Material Management Division, Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying nuclear material procedures, related nuclear material control regulations and other material policies. Experience applying knowledge of the inspection levels for nuclear material to determine inspection requirements of material. Experience working with Material Access Technology (MAT), Receipt Inspection Management System (RIMS), Material Requirements (MRQT), Nuclear Job Material Lists (NJML), and Hazardous Substance Management Systems (HSMS), or similar systems. Experience interpreting security regulations relating to the safeguard and handling of classified information and material. Experience dealing with problems in a professional and effective manner.
