Job Description
The Senior Advisor, Integration (Program/Budget) is responsible for providing in-depth analysis, expert interpretation, and actionable recommendations on the most complex, sensitive, and emergent issues related to the Department's Program and Budget. The incumbent's core function is evaluation of solutions to complex issues related to fiscal law, budget policy, and program execution that require an exceptional degree of specialized knowledge and analytical prowess.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing budgetary policies, strategies, and guidance, as well as overseeing the preparation of high-level budget materials, including the President's Budget rollout and congressional submissions. TQ 2: Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee the integration of program, budget, and execution data, utilizing data visualization tools and innovative solutions to drive organizational performance. Time in grade is not required for Senior Level (SL) position.
