Job Description
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Foreign Military Sales Program of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Develop, recommend and implement budgetary/financial Foreign Military Sales policies; 3) Applying standards Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs to include the application of the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure, in accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), DoD 5105.38-M. 4) Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial Foreign Military Sales execution data and resolving variances; 5) Communicate clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels.
