FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to clearly and concisely communicate accounting policies and procedures in writing including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures and Desk Guides; 2) Utilizing financial systems to extract data and research contract obligation related transactions (e.g. Navy ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)); 3) Ability to identify, analyze, diagnose, and make recommendations to resolve complex financial issues based on policy and standard operating procedures; and 4) Researching and interpreting regulations to answer questions from stakeholders regarding commitments and obligations.
