This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO), Office of Civil Rights and Adjudication, External Civil Rights Division. About AO. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
**Qualifications:**
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as leading or advising on external civil rights compliance activities related to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; developing or making recommendations on external civil rights compliance procedures or policies; and coaching, mentoring, or leading others. You will be assessed on the following competencies: Civil Rights Laws and Regulations.* Written Communication. Critical Thinking. Technical Knowledge (Related to Position).* Attention to Detail. Grants Management Laws, Regulations, and Guidelines. Strategic Thinking. Problem Solving. Decision Making. Managing Employees.* Supervisory and Leadership Judgment. *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
