Recreation Aid (Outdoor Recreation)

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation at Tyndall AFB, FL.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Practical knowledge and/or experience of recreational activities and equipment, point of sales system, rules and procedures to include watercraft and the skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are required. Possess a valid current drivers license and the ability to operate vehicle in a safe manner. Be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Be able to work both inside and outside in variable weather conditions. Be able to work variable hours, to include holiday and weekends.
