**Qualifications:**
BASIC REQUIREMENT: Bachelor¿s Degrees in Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related field; OR 3 years of experience in a related field; OR appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of MCCS policies, procedures, regulations, and practices pertaining to the program operations, services and activities within MCCS preferred. Comprehensive knowledge in generally accepted management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in a variety of program operations¿ efficiency and effectiveness. Skills and abilities in techniques and methods of conducting audits, interviews, and studies of organization/employee efficiency and productivity. Knowledge in statistical, accounting and budget principles and techniques. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with employees, supervisors and management officials, using proper tact and diplomacy in professional manner on issues that may be controversial. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and compose written reports and materials clearly, concisely, and effectively.
