Job Description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Resources Department of Fleet Weather Center of FLEET WEATHER CENTER SAN DIEGO.

**Qualifications:**
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience coordinating and provides guidance, advice, and assistance concerning the development of the annual budget. Performs routine budget administration functions in the formulation, execution, and review of assigned portions of the appropriated budget. Experience confirming all financial submissions, exhibits, data calls, reports etc. are accurate, complete and submitted by designated due date. Experience performing as local Government Travel Card Agency Program Coordinator (APC); Defense Travel System (DTS) Reviewing Official for FWC-SD. Ensures approved mandated training is conducted for all travel cardholders and management. Experience implementing supply operations, principles, methods, and techniques. This includes in-depth knowledge of the Government Purchase card procedures as an Approving Official, as well as government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
