<p>Your tasks</p>
<p>• Develop modern, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS</p>
<p>• Optimize digital touchpoints and contact forms to drive lead generation and increase conversion rates</p>
<p>• Conduct continuous analysis and discovery to understand user needs and remove friction from the customer journey</p>
<p>• Collaborate actively within an agile team and an Agile Release Train using the SAFe framework</p>
<p>• Contribute to the full-stack architecture including backend services and cloud infrastructure components</p>
<p>• Ensure software reliability through comprehensive testing using tools like Playwright, Vitest, and Pact</p>
<p>• Present solutions and progress confidently to cross-functional teams and stakeholders during demos and reviews</p>
<p>• Support fellow team members through close collaboration and active participation in architectural discussions</p>
<p>Must have competences</p>
<p>• Senior-level expertise in Full-Stack Software Engineering with a strong focus on Frontend development</p>
<p>• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript specifically</p>
<p>• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS for building modern, accessible user interfaces</p>
<p>• Strong eye for both excellent user experience (UX) and solid software architecture</p>
<p>• Proven experience working in agile environments, specifically with frameworks like SAFe (Agile Release Train)</p>
<p>• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English</p>
<p>• Ability to collaborate closely within cross-functional teams and present solutions to stakeholders</p>
<p>• Commitment to understanding the business domain and contributing beyond code implementation</p>
<p>Nice to have competences</p>
<p>• Experience with Backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Kotlin, or Java with Spring Boot</p>
<p>• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS, CDK, and Terraform</p>
<p>• Knowledge of modern development and testing tools such as Playwright, Storybook, Vite, Vitest, and React Testing Library</p>
<p>• Experience with message brokers like Apache Kafka and database systems like MongoDB</p>
<p>• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and containerization via Docker</p>
<p>• Interest in OpenTelemetry and observability tools</p>
<p>• General openness to explore and adopt new technologies as the project evolves</p>
<p>Additional information</p>
<p>The position is almost fully remote, but requires regular on-site visits in Ludwigsburg at roughly three-month intervals. Nearshore resources are preferred.</p>
