Job Description
You will serve as a Program Analyst of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
**Qualifications:**
GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency of program and administrative operations; 2) Ability to work independently and organize/lead cross-functional teams and initiatives of significant risk and impact; 3) Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources in the area studied. GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assist in integrating the Readiness portfolio during Program Objective Memorandum (POM) builds; 2) Knowledge of the major integration issues, program goals and objectives, work processes and administrative operations of the organization; 3) Knowledge of Readiness accounts desired, specifically; Ship Maintenance and Operations, Ordnance, Spares, Fleet Training and Navy Targets and Ranges; 4) Skill in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectives and/or organizational productivity; 5) Knowledge of Warfare and Naval Readiness to develop information and analysis to select, write, present information on the specialized subject.
