Job Description
This position is in Region 5, Great Lakes National Program Office, Financial Assistance, Oversight, and Management Branch, Database and Contracts Management Section. About: Region 5. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
**Qualifications:**
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as providing oversight and/or technical knowledge to a team or project; enhancing program effectiveness and demonstrating knowledge of contracts. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing oversight and/or technical knowledge to a team or project; enhancing program effectiveness and demonstrating knowledge of contracts; maintaining effective relationships withstakeholders. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Budget and Cost Management* (assessed at GS-13/14) Leadership* (assessed at GS-14) Planning and Evaluating* (assessed at GS-13) Technical Knowledge (Related to Position)* (assessed at GS-13/14) *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
