**Qualifications:**
GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must meet the following conditions, as defined below: Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience developing, implementing and/or maintaining a comprehensive financial management system; providing financial and managerial data to control budget execution in achieving short and long-range management plans; advising management team on recommendations and/or alternative approaches to improve program plans, budget proposals, costs of operations and program accomplishments; reviewing and analyzing past obligations, determining reasonable fund levels and evaluating validity of request; and providing a wide variety of budget reporting, including monthly financial and quarterly reports.
