SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (POLICY AND PLANNING)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (POLICY & PLANNING) in the ENGINEERING AND CYBER WARFARE GROUP of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex, multi-faceted IT projects or programs within established financial and time constraints; 2) Proven experience in guiding and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals, including cross-functional collaboration; 3) In-depth understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) IT acquisition processes, lifecycle management policies, and procedures; 4) Experience in applying cost and economic analysis principles in support of IT solution delivery.
