PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Possess knowledge and current experience supporting Configuration Management (CM) of weapon systems; 2) Reviews, analyzes, and implements higher level CM policies; 3) Experience with Engineering Change Proposals and Technical Directives 4) Identifies opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advises management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
