You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Working knowledge of PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution) process and how it relates to financial management at the Echelon III level. Most importantly, more detailed knowledge of Budgeting and Execution is most prevalent for this position. Proficient use of all Microsoft applications - especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and ability to support executive-level communications both with local leadership and HHQ stakeholders. Experience with financial management systems/tools for purposes of reporting and analysis. General knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the life cycle of financial transactions and the life cycle of fiscal appropriations Knowledge and proficient use of appropriation law and financial regulations when applied to PPBE. Experience with support agreements and GT&C's (General Terms and Conditions). Supervisory and management experience within financial management organizations.
