**Qualifications:**
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Selective Factor: This position requires one of the following certifications: FAC-COR Level III, FAC-C (Professional), or DAWIA (Contracting). Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Demonstrated experience in project management techniques for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and overseeing contracts; AND - Created and monitored contract management plans, policies, and procedures; AND - Formulated and implemented business plans for contracted products and services; AND - Identified business needs in order to reduce expenditures and risk. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
