Job Description
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Fort Rucker, Alabama, home of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence. Fort Rucker is located in the "Wiregrass" area in Southeast Alabama, surrounded by Enterprise, Ozark and Daleville.

Specialized Experience GS-11: One year of specialized experience which includes; 1) Performing contract oversight or management of utilities systems covering operations, maintenance, and capital upgrades for electrical, gas, water, and/or wastewater systems; and 2) Monitoring utility construction projects and/or activities; and 3) Developing cost estimates for utility construction projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
