Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst, The Fleet Improvement Office Director of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-15 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing safety management system/risk control system methodologies to identify, assess, and control safety risks, thereby preventing accidents and improving safety culture. Employing effective risk management and risk communication processes in order to increase the Fleet's ability to safely and effectively accomplish the mission while preserving lives and limited resources. Conducting root cause analysis with knowledge of Navy training, global force management, and requirements generation processes to target systemic, cross-community root causes that impact the ability to optimize warfighting lethality and survivability.
