SUPERVISOR

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the COMMAND AND CONTROL (C2) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical and project management oversight over Command and Control information system(s); leading the development of business proposals, strategies, and/or policies; knowledge of personnel management processes (i.e. hiring, promotions, awards, etc.) and assessing employees' performance.
