MANAGER

You will serve as a MANAGER in the SNIOR CIVILIAN'S OFFICE of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA located in Mechanicsburg, PA. This position is the Chief Engineer and Engineering Support Department Head This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer managing the technical oversight of research, development, or acquisition of naval systems. Examples may include applying expertise in high-consequence naval systems (such as SUBSAFE/Level One, Deep Submergence, Dry Deck Shelter, Submarine Fly-By-Wire, or Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) programs); applying experience and familiarity with generation, review, and final certification of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) including covering material traceability, fabrication processes, and/or system testing; or demonstrating a proven record reflecting suitability for holding technical warrant authority for safety and mission-critical programs.
