<p>**The Technical Services Role<br>
**</p>
<p>We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of <strong>technical consultants</strong> through our Consultant Development Program. As an Associate Technical Consultant, you’ll be in a customer-facing role that specifically focuses on <strong>integration, custom development, DevOps, Veeva AI, and data migration</strong>.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>Work directly with customers and project teams, providing technical expertise on Veeva’s applications, Vault Platform, APIs, and Java SDK</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop custom code, configure Veeva software and contribute to solution design under the guidance of experienced technical and migration architects; support content and data migration</li>
<li>You will get the opportunity to participate in developing cutting edge tools used by the Veeva Services team globally</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS | We are looking for graduates who meet the following requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with strong academic performance</p>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience in Object oriented programming</li>
<li>Thrives in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning</li>
<li>Excellent technical storytelling skills; you enjoy explaining why a specific technical architecture or decision is right for a customer</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset</li>
<li>High work ethic. Veeva is a hard-working company</li>

<li>Willingness to travel as needed up to 20-30% of the time</li>

<p><strong>THE PROCESS | Our process is different from most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:</strong></p>
<p>You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test</p>
<ul>
<li>Within one week we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not</li>
<li>The next step is a 60-minute interview with a Veeva leader, followed by a 30-minute technical challenge delivered via Coderpad</li>
<li>After the coding challenge, there is a case exercise with a member of our services team. You will have three days to prepare for the case exercise</li>
<li>Within one week after this step, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward</li>
<li>You will have two weeks to accept our offer or not. If you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to show up on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview would be an ethical violation in our view</li>

<h2>Benefits</h2>
<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>

<li>Starting Salary: 48,000 EUR</li>
<li>After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a significant compensation increase</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position.</p>
<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong> Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva’s Frankfurt or Berlin office and typically go to the office two to three days per week.</p>
