This position is located in the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Store Operations Group CONUS stores, and serves as the Area Director Central. Read the entire announcement before starting the application process.

**Qualifications:**
To qualify for Area Director Central your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Creditable specialized experience includes: GS-15 Directing changes to goals and objectives where appropriate and evaluating the results of organizational accomplishments. Developing, documenting, and operating both internal processes and administrative controls. Planning, developing, and carrying out vital programs. Managing commissary operations across multiple locations and supervising zone managers and store directors. Time-in-grade applies to the promotion of current and former federal employees who hold or have held a permanent GS position in either the competitive or excepted service in the previous 52 weeks, including current employees applying under VEOA. Time after competitive appointment.
